Registration can be done two ways:

1.  Right here on our Google Form.

2. By downloading filling out this pdf of our registration form and dropping it our mailbox or mailing it to us with payment.

Once your registration is received, an invoice will be sent.

Your child is not considered enrolled in class, until full payment is received.
